My name is Beverly Quinn, owner and CEO of TANZU Natural Skincare and Ashe’ Consulting. I have a servant heart and a passion for helping other to transform their lives. I believe we are all meant to elevate ourselves to our God given potential regardless of what that may look like. My passion is to work with others in two key areas neither being exclusive of he other. First is to work with others to help them live a healthier, more holistic and balanced life style, second to achieve success in their life according to their definition of success. 

I realized this passion in the mid 80’s while serving as Director of the YWCA Job Readiness Program. It was both heart-warming and exciting to observe the positive life transformation of the women participating in the program and to know that I played a role in this transformation. I wanted to bring my best self and knowledge in working with others, so this experience put me on a life path leading to a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and starting my own coaching and consulting business. The rest is history.
